Merida Big Nine Limited Cross Country Bike Black (2021)

The Merida Big Nine Limited is a Cross Country and Endurance focused build. It’s lightweight 66 series prolite triple butted aluminium frame is hydroformed, enabling the formation of more ergonomic tube shapes, which allows for the same next-generation geometry as the Carbon version, offering aggressive XC agility in a more durable frame choice. The long 422mm reach, steep 73.5° seat angle, slack 70° head angle and 80mm stem dials 48 years of hardtail tech into a race-proven combat position. All cables are internally routed and clamped under tension, which prevents rattling as well as offering a clean aesthetic, a downtube exit allows for easy cable servicing. The Limited is also rigged for an internally routed dropper and Di2 conversion. Spec’d with a 1×11 speed Shimano Deore M5100 drivetrain and Tektro Hydro Brakes for consistent, reliable performance. A lightweight 100mm Manitou Markhor Comp Air fork with boost spacing round off the build with nimble, confidence inspiring handling.
