Shimano’s best in class EP8 drive system combines high torque, with a natural ride feel and your choice of 3 removable in-tube batteries (sold separately) from 540Wh, 720Wh or massive, industry-leading 900Wh depending on how you ride. To make the battery easily removable without compromising the integrity of the downtube, Norco rotated the front of the EP8 motor up, which also provides additional ground clearance, drastically reducing the likelihood of impact damage. Norco’s exclusive Ride Aligned™ Design System creates rider-first geometry and precision suspension kinematics. E-MTB certified components including 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes, reinforced freehubs, spokes and rims, alongside E-MTB certified suspension forks provide additional strength and stiffness for the rigors of e-enduro riding.
